The grounds and extensive facilities at The Lensbury are ideal for hosting corporate fun days and motivational team building activities. We can accommodate team-building activities or fun afternoons for groups of up to 50 people. Package options include:

Team-building Fun

Groups of 16 people or more for 1½ hours from £240
Participate in a fun communication based activity with your colleagues. Using equipment like the Plank-Walk or the Spidercube, we have a variety of challenges for your group to solve. The key is to co-operate, communicate and help the group work together as a team. Can they trust each other? Can they listen and understand each other? Are they talking the ‘same language’? Who is really in charge? All these questions will be answered during the session. Sessions can be tailored to specific requirements.

Retro Sports Fun

Groups of 16 people or more for 2 hours from £240
Challenge your colleagues during this fun session. We provide classic sports day style races plus some new ones. Who is the fastest runner in the egg and spoon race? Who is going to win the sack race? Everyone can join in and have fun.

Or why not try something rather different with a group class –  Zumba, stationary Cycling, Aqua or circuits, or a more competitive group biathlon!

Garden Games from £50
Play giant versions of childhood favourite games on the Wimbeldon Room Terrace – particularly ideal to accompany a barbecue (barbecue’s available from £24.95 per person). Games include Giant Jenga, Skittles, Connect 4, Dominos, Noughts & Crosses and Outdoor Chess.

Tennis tournaments are organised and facilitated by a professional plus all equipment supplied.

Raft Building

The Challenge
Raft building is a fun and challenging activity that can turn any group of people into a powerful and effective team. We start by separating your group into teams and providing them with identical sets of equipment. An instructor is allocated to each team to help and advise where necessary and provide active safety cover for the teams.

The Race
When the seamless transition between a pile of logs, barrels and ropes is made into a raft, it is launch time! We organise several races and activities to test the bravery and team spirit of those on the raft, while team members wishing to stay on land can cheer from the side.

The Outcome
The Watersports Centre offers a perfect environment for tranquil privacy nestled on the River Thames. Whether the rafts float or not, raft building is an exceptional team building activity for identifying good leaders and good team players. At the end of the session you should notice a sense of increased communication and respect within your group, not to mention the smiles of a successful day!

Price: £15 per person per hour (minimum of 8 people)
