Leisure Receptionist

The Role:

  • Provide all members and guests of Lensbury with a warm welcome.
  • Deal efficiently and professionally with enquiries from members, guests and potential members in person and on the telephone.
  • Take bookings for all leisure related activities e.g. tennis and swimming lessons and Spa treatments.
  • Process all cash procedures, ensuring accuracy and security at all times.

The Candidate:

  • Ability to deal effectively and competently with all guests and members
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner
  • Accurate typing skills and good attention to detail
  • Previous experience within a reception or similar role and knowledge of computerised reservation systems
  • An interest in Sport and Leisure would be an advantage                                 

Terms & Conditions:

  • 21-39 Hours Per Week on shift basis
  • Paid annual leave of 4 x weekly contracted hours plus pro rata Bank Holiday entitlement
  • Free meals provided (for 6+ hour shifts)
  • Use of some leisure facilities including swimming & gym
  • BUPA and non-contributory pension scheme on service criteria
