Bringing a wealth of previous experience, Rob is the man behind the menus at The Lensbury – from fine dining event menus to our more casual all-day lounge menu, there is something for every occasion! Whatever the menu, Rob’s emphasis is on using fresh, seasonal and local produce to deliver exceptional flavours.
Before joining The Lensbury in November 2019, Rob held several notable roles but highlights include cooking at the Wimbledon Tennis Championships as well as cooking for Royalty on several occasions.
