Will I have to book to attend the gym from 19th July? arrow-down

No, you can enjoy convenient and flexible access to our gym with the removal of our hourly booking system from Monday 19th July, allowing you to get the most from your workout.

Gym opening times 

Monday – Thursday: 6.00am – 10.00pm

Friday: 6.00am – 9.00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7.00am – 8.00pm

Will I have to book to attend the swimming pool from 19th July? arrow-down

No, with the reintroduction of our swimming pool timetable, you will be able to enjoy more flexible access to our swimming pool without the restriction of bookings or time-limited sessions.

You will still need to book in advance for our Aqua classes via the website or App.

Friday: 6.00am – 9.00pm

Saturday and Sunday: 7.00am – 8.00pm



What activities will I need to book for from 19th July? arrow-down

You will need to continue to book the following activities to avoid disappointment and to ensure availability. You can continue to book using our website and App.

  • Group exercise classes
  • Tennis and squash sessions
  • Watersport activities
  • All junior activities including soft play, creche and junior classes
  • Lunch and dinner in our Lounge Restaurant
  • Spa treatments


Will you be increasing the capacity in group fitness classes? arrow-down

Yes, we will be increasing the capacity across our timetable of popular fitness classes in a phased manner, continuing to create a reassuring fitness environment.

This change will allow you the opportunity to enjoy more of your favourite instructors – view our latest class timetable by clicking here.




Will there be a limit on the number of people in your pool and gym? arrow-down

Yes, although you will no longer need to pre-book for our gym and swimming pool, we will still be enforcing maximum capacities in these areas, to help create a safe and reassuring environment.

The capacity in these areas will be increased in a phased manner.


What if I have a query about my membership or membership status? arrow-down

If you have a query about your membership, would like to unfreeze your membership or make any changes, you can request this by emailing .


Safety Measures

Face Coverings arrow-down

Face coverings are recommended in our enclosed areas at busy times. For example, you may wish to wear a face-covering whilst moving through the club and in our changing rooms.

Our team will continue to wear masks in public areas at all times.


Enhanced Cleaning arrow-down

Enhanced and regular cleaning regimes are taking place throughout our club and fitness facilities, including the use of electrostatic spraying technology throughout.

Cleaning spray and tissue is available to wipe down your equipment before and after use.

Fresh air arrow-down

Our ventilation systems are set to impart 100% fresh air into our buildings and fitness areas.

Hand Sanitiser arrow-down

Hand sanitiser is available at various locations throughout the club for the convenience of all members, please continue to use regularly during your visit.

Our spaces will continue to be reconfigured to allow for the reassurance of additional space.
