The Clubhouse and Lockside will be closing at 3pm, with last entry for members at 2.30pm and last orders in the restaurant at 1.30pm. For further information on how operating hours will be affected on 1st November, please click here.

There will be a great variety of entertainment to enjoy, including a Big Wheel, Inflatable Assault Course & Slide, Chair o Plane, face-painting, and a silent disco. Some of our rides will have a height restriction to ensure safety and shoes will need to be removed before using any inflatables.

Our fireworks display is being presented by the award-winning team at Titanium Fireworks. Titanium are world-renowned for eye-catching pyrotechnics, having worked on London’s New Year’s Eve celebrations and the 2012 London Olympic Games among many others.

A variety of food and drinks will be available through the evening, including burgers, fries, hot dogs, and curry by Curry Bae. Please note, the food & drinks area closes at 10pm.

Please note that this is a cashless event, all payments will need to be made via card or contactless.

No food and drink can be brought into the event.

No, ticket holders are not allowed to bring their own fireworks, sparklers or other pyrotechnics.

Entry will open from 5pm through the main entry point. It will not be possible to enter prior to 5pm as the Club will be closed.

The display will begin at 7.30pm but timings may vary. Be sure to arrive early to get a great spot in the viewing area.

The bonfire is set to be lit at 7.45pm, following on from the fireworks display.

The event will end at 10pm, with all guests (excluding hotel guests) asked to leave the site by this time at the latest. We would ask all attendees to please be respectful of our neighbours.

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) who accepts full responsibility, at all times, for all under 16s attending under their supervision.

We have accessible toilets and baby changing available within the main Club building.

Unfortunately, as outlined in our events Terms & Conditions, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Parking is available, however spaces will be limited. We advise arriving on foot or public transport if possible.

We would recommend travelling on foot or by public transport. By bus, we would suggest using the Teddington Lock bus stop (281, 285 & R68) or Kingston Lane bus stop (281 & 285). Alternatively, both Teddington and Hampton Wick stations are only a 15-20 minute walk.

Please note that due to the England v Australia game taking place at Twickenham Stadium on the same day, some roads around that area might be temporarily closed.

There are bike racks within the Club car park. Please be advised that bikes are left at the owner’s own risk and spaces are limited.
