Check-in is available from 3:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am.

The resort offers 155 bedrooms across a range of room categories.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort.
Does The Lensbury allow pets on the premises?
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted on site.
Arrival & Parking
Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for hotel guests, members and visitors.
How far are the nearest train stations?
Teddington Station is around 15 minutes on foot. Hampton Wick Station is approximately 20 minutes away.
How far is Heathrow Airport?
The Lensbury is located around seven miles from Heathrow Airport.
Can I arrive before check-in?
Yes. Please speak with Reception regarding luggage storage and access to facilities.

What leisure facilities are available?
Guests and members can enjoy the gym, swimming pool, fitness classes, racquet sports, watersports, spa facilities and riverside grounds.
Are the facilities available to hotel guests?
Yes. Many leisure facilities are available throughout your stay.
Do I need to book classes and activities?
Advance booking is recommended for fitness classes, racquet courts and selected activities.
Is the Watersports Centre open all year?
The Watersports Centre operates seasonally, with activities and programmes available from March until October.

Do I need to book a table?
Booking for The Riverside restaurant is recommended, particularly during weekends and busy periods.
What dining options are available?
The Lensbury offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks across our sports bar and restaurant.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Please inform the team of any dietary requirements.
Are children welcome in the restaurant?
Yes. Families are welcome throughout the dining venues.
Membership
Can non-members visit The Lensbury?
Yes. Hotel guests can access selected facilities and services.
How do I find out about membership?

Are guest passes available?
Members are entitled to 3 guest passes per month, under an extra charge of £25 per adult and £10 per under 16 years old.
Do members receive additional benefits?
Members enjoy full access to facilities, events, discounts and our exclusive members’ lounge.
Families
What facilities are available for children?
Families can enjoy soft play, sports facilities, swimming, holiday activities and children's programmes.
Do you offer children's camps?
Yes. A range of camps and activities run throughout the year and during school holidays.
Is there a junior gym?
Yes. Junior fitness facilities are available for kids aged 13 to 15 years old.
Restaurant & Sports Bar
Is there a dress code?
Whilst there is no formal dress code, all guests must be considerate of others by wearing footwear at all times, shirts and ensuring any leisurewear is clean or changed post-exercise.
Do I need to book a table?
We encourage all guests to pre-book The Riverside restaurant as tables cannot be guaranteed without a booking and wait times will be in place at peak times.
For walk-in guests, you must register at the host desk on arrival.
All bookings are held for 15 minutes from the booking time and we reserve the right to release tables after this time during peak times.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Only food and beverages purchased within The Riverside restaurant or Sports Bar may be consumed in these areas.
The only exceptions are baby food and baby formula. If you require assistance warming these items, our team will be happy to help.
Please note that food and drinks from the Dunbar Members' Lounge may not be consumed in the Riverside Restaurant or Sports Bar.
Are children allowed in the Restaurant and Sports Bar?
Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the Riverside Restaurant and Sport Bar with behaviour being courteous of other guests.
Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult in the Sports Bar at all times and are not permitted after 8.00pm.
Can I use a laptop in the restaurant or sports bar?
The Riverside Restaurant and Sports Bar are intended as social spaces, and the use of laptops is not permitted.
Handheld electronic devices such as phones and tablets may be used, provided they do not cause disruption to other guests.
Is Bridge permitted in the restaurant or sports bar?
No. Bridge is not permitted in either the Riverside Restaurant or Sports Bar. Guests wishing to play bridge are encouraged to use the designated tables available in the Dunbar Members' Lounge.
