What time is check-in/check-out? arrow-down

Check-in is from 15.00

Check-out is before 11.00

When are the rooms serviced? arrow-down

Bedrooms are serviced daily between 14.30 and 16.00. Please call Hotel Reception if you require additional amenities outside of these times. Please see Go Green below to learn more about how you can opt out of housekeeping.

Can I smoke or vape in my room? arrow-down

The Lensbury operates a strict no-smoking or vaping policy in all buildings. Please be advised you will be charged a £100 fine per night for smoking or vaping within the building. Please also note that additional cleaning and repair charges may be applied in the event of damage.

What time is breakfast served? arrow-down

7.00 – 10.00 Monday to Friday

7.30 – 10.30 Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays

Our brunch offering is also available from 8.00 – 12.00

 

Do you offer car parking? arrow-down

Car parking is complimentary for hotel guests with 250 car parking spaces available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

What is the nearest train station? arrow-down

Teddington Train Station is 5 minutes by taxi, or a 15 minute walk via the High Street.

Hampton Wick Train Station is also only a 20 minute walk via Broom Road.

How far are you from the airport? arrow-down

We are conveniently located just 7 miles from London Heathrow Airport. A taxi takes 25 – 40 minutes depending on traffic and costs in the region of £25.

Are there shops and restaurants nearby? arrow-down

Teddington High Street is just a 5 minute walk away, with a wide variety of boutique shops, salons, bars and restaurants along with a few of the more well-known high street named coffee shops and restaurants.

There are also other towns nearby that offer a variety of choice, accessible on foot or via car and nearby public transport, this includes Hampton Wick, Kingston, Twickenham & Richmond Upon Thames

How many bedrooms does the hotel have? arrow-down

We have over 150 rooms, ranging from Cosy Singles and Classic Doubles through to Our Deluxe Doubles and Twins and the Dutch Suite.

What is your cancellation policy? arrow-down

All individual reservations can be cancelled up until 16.00 on the day prior to arrival, giving you the flexibility and peace of mind should your plans change.

Do you accept dogs? arrow-down

Unfortunately not, The Lensbury has a no dogs policy (with the exception of assistance dogs).

What leisure facilities do you have and can I use them? arrow-down

The Lensbury has a whole host of leisure facilities that are available for hotel guests to use when staying with us. From our swimming pools & state-of-the-art gym, to our watersports centre & 24 tennis courts. Most activities are included as part of your hotel package, but some may be charged additionally, please speak to a member of our team for more details.

Can we arrive early? arrow-down

Whilst we will do all we can to honour early arrivals, bedrooms cannot be guaranteed before the check-in time unless paid for the evening before. Guests are very welcome to store their luggage and use The Lensbury facilities whilst waiting for accommodation to become available.

Where is the nearest town? arrow-down

Teddington is just a 5 minute walk from The Lensbury, offering a bustling high street community with Bushy Park just a stones throw away.

Kingston Town Centre is also just a 20 minute walk along the River Thames, or a short 5 minute bus ride and has a large shopping centre as well a busy outdoor market ranging from street foods to artisan stalls.

Can I bring guests into the hotel? arrow-down

Guests are very welcome to invite family and friends to join them at The Lenbury, how ver we do ask that all visitors vacate the premises by 23.00. An activity visitor pass allows guests to use all of the facilities freely, subject to rules and safety requirements.
