If you're new to sauna and ice bath experiences, the TEMZ team will guide you through the process and help you get the most from your session. Every visit includes access to both the sauna and ice baths, allowing you to move between hot and cold at your own pace.

What should I expect from a TEMZ session?
Your session includes access to both the floating sauna and ice baths, all set on a pontoon on the River Thames.
How long are the sessions?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Do I need experience with ice baths or saunas?
No. First-time visitors are welcome, and the TEMZ team will help you understand how to get the most from your session.
What should I bring?
Please bring swimwear, a towel and water. During colder months, extra layers are recommended for after your session.
Do I have to use both the sauna and ice bath?
No. Your session includes access to both, but you can choose how you spend your time.
Can non-members book a session?
Yes. Sessions are available to both Lensbury members and non-members.
How many people share a session?
Open sessions have a maximum of eight participants.
Can I book the pontoon privately?
Yes. Private hire is available for groups of up to eight people.
Are changing facilities available?
Yes. Changing and shower facilities are provided.

TEMZ Floating Saunas and Ice Baths are located on The Lensbury's private riverside mooring beside the Watersports Centre in Teddington.
