Booking & Waitlist
Booking Classes and Activities: Many facilities, classes, courts and watersport sessions require advance booking. Bookings can be made through The Lensbury App or in person at Members’ Reception.
Waitlists: Where an activity is fully booked, members may join a waitlist. If a space becomes available, the booking will be allocated according to the waitlist process in place for that activity.
Cancellations: Members should cancel bookings they are unable to attend as early as possible. Late cancellations and non-attendance will result in restrictions or charges.
Fair Usage: Members should only hold bookings they intend to use. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges.
The Dunbar Lounge Rules
Today's opening hours
10:00 hrs – 18:00 hrs
Access: The Dunbar Members' Lounge is available exclusively to active Lensbury Club members and their guests. Membership cards may be requested by the team before service is provided.
Food & Drink: Only food and drink purchased within The Dunbar Members' Lounge may be consumed in the space.
Conduct: The Dunbar Lounge is designed as a social environment where members can relax, dine and spend time together. Members and guests are expected to treat staff, facilities and fellow members with respect at all times.
Children: Children are welcome when supervised by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children throughout their visit.
Buggies: Buggies should be stored in designated areas outside the lounge. Highchairs are available upon request.
General Club Rules
Guest Access:
Adult members may bring up to three guests at any one time.
Members aged 13 to 17 may bring one guest.
Members aged 12 and under do not have guest entitlement.
Guest fees apply and must be paid on arrival.
Guest Restrictions:
Guests may not visit more than 12 times per calendar year.
Social guests are not permitted before midday on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays unless authorised by the Membership Team.
Opening Times: Opening times may vary during the festive period and selected club events, make sure to subscribe to our members newsletter to always be informed with any changes to opening hours.
Main Building
Monday to Friday: 6:00am to 11:30pm
Saturday and Bank Holidays: 7:00am to 11:30pm
Sunday: 7:00am to 11:00pm
Health & Fitness Centre
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am to 10:00pm
Friday: 6:00am to 9:00pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 7:00am to 8:00pm
Use of Facilities:
Members should follow all instructions provided by Lensbury staff.
Age restrictions apply to selected facilities and activities.
Certain activities, facilities and services require prior instruction, qualifications or additional payment.
Respect for Others:
Members and guests should act in a courteous and considerate manner at all times.
Behaviour that impacts the enjoyment, safety or wellbeing of others may result in refusal of access or further action in accordance with club policies.
Safety:
Members should familiarise themselves with facility-specific safety guidance before participating in activities.
Staff instructions must be followed at all times.
