This amazing new space has been doubled in size and is complete with award-winning IC7 bikes, the most advanced indoor cycle ever designed. Combine these bikes with the latest technology and ICG Connect coming soon to the studio and there is nothing to stop you achieving your best workout yet!

Five benefits of cycling:

1. Calories

If your objective is to burn calories then a cycling class is a sure fire way to torch those calories! Burn anything up to 600 calories in any spin class with effective HIIT activity.

2. Cardio

If you are looking to increase your cardiovascular fitness, then Indoor cycling is a great way to achieve your goal. Our cycle classes are power based using the innovative WattRate Direct Power Meters on the IC7 bikes. Each rider will be able to keep track of their riding metrics via the bike computer showing their power or heart rate. Indoor cycling is also great if you do not want to put too much stress on your joints.

3. Mental strength

Do you need to commit? Yes, but your instructor will choose music to ensure you are kept motivated and having fun! Whether your goal is endurance, speed or strength, you will be expertly guided through the ride with visual screens to keep you motivated. The instructor will coach you through the 5 coloured zones to reach your full riding potential.

4. You set the tempo

The good news is that indoor cycling is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. The Power Meter is set to your measurements and fitness levels and can be easily adjusted to how you are feeling on the day,
make it as challenging as you can handle.

5. Fun

Who said exercise couldn’t be fun? Turn the music up and the tempo in this team environment and spur each other on to go faster, stronger and further than before!
