Fireworks Spectacular - November 2nd

What rides and entertainment will be available during the evening? arrow-down

There will be a great variety of entertainment to enjoy, from family entertainment, face painting, games and rides including Football dart, Assault course, Miami Trip and more.

You can also purchase some Light up star wands, Flashing swivel fans and Laser swords.

Who are providing your fireworks display? arrow-down

This year, we are incredibly excited that our fireworks display is being presented by the award-winning team at Titanium Fireworks. Titanium are world-renowned for eye-catching pyrotechnics, having worked on London’s New Year’s Eve celebrations and the 2012 London Olympic Games among many others.

Will there be food and drink available? arrow-down

A variety of food and drinks will be available throughout the evening, including sirloin and pulled pork, curry, burgers, hot dogs, dirty fries, cornish pasty, sausage roll & sweet treats. These will be available to purchase at the event.

Will I be able to pay using cash or card? arrow-down

We will be cashless, with tokens used for purchasing rides, games and face painting. These can be bought at points throughout the grounds. Contactless payment/card can be used to purchase food and drinks.

Can I get a refund on tokens purchased? arrow-down

No refunds will be given on tokens purchased. Please check that the correct number of tokens have been issued at the time of purchase, it will not be possible to address queries over tokens retrospectively.

Can I bring my own food and drink? arrow-down

No food and drink can be brought into the event.

Am I allowed to bring along my own sparklers and fireworks? arrow-down

No, ticket holders are not allowed to bring their own fireworks, sparklers or other pyrotechnics.

What time can I arrive? arrow-down

Entry will open from 5.30pm through the Members’ Reception. It will not be possible to enter prior to 5.30pm as the Club will be closed.

Will the Club be closing early? arrow-down

Both the Clubhouse and Lockside will close fully at 3pm, with some areas closing earlier (with exceptions). Our regular operating hours return from Sunday 3rd November.

Lockside: fully closed from 3pm
Latest entry to the gym, swimming pool and fitness studios will be at 2.30pm.

The Clubhouse: closed from 3pm (with exceptions)
Last orders in the restaurant and The Dunbar will be at 2.30pm, with final entry to the Clubhouse also at 2.30pm. However, the bar will remain open for the England vs New Zealand Rugby match closing when the game ends (around 5.15pm).

Racquets: closed from 4pm
All Squash, Pickleball and Tennis courts (both riverside and roadside) will close at 4.00pm.

Spa: closed from 4pm
No appointments will be available after 4pm.

What time will the fireworks display begin? arrow-down

The display will begin at 7pm. Be sure to arrive early to get a great spot in the viewing area.

What time will the bonfire be lit? arrow-down

The bonfire is set to be lit at 7.15 pm.

What time does the event end? arrow-down

The event will end at 10pm, with all guests (excluding hotel guests) being asked to leave the site by this time at the latest. We would ask all attendees to please be respectful of our neighbours.

Where can I buy more tickets? arrow-down

Tickets can be bought here.

Can I buy tickets on the door? arrow-down

QR codes will be available on the door to scan to buy more tickets (subject to availability).

Can my child attend without an adult? arrow-down

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) who accepts full responsibility, at all times, for all under 16s attending under their supervision.

Do you have baby changing and accessible facilities on site? arrow-down

We have accessible toilets and baby changing available within the main Club building.

What happens if I can no longer attend? arrow-down

Unfortunately, as outlined in our events Terms & Conditions, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

What are the event terms and conditions?  arrow-down

Is there on-site parking? arrow-down

Parking is available, however spaces will be limited. We advise arriving on foot or public transport if possible.

What is the best way to travel? arrow-down

We would recommend travelling on foot or by public transport. By bus, we would suggest using the Teddington Lock bus stop (281, 285 & R68) or Kingston Lane bus stop (281 & 285). Alternatively, both Teddington and Hampton Wick stations are only a 15-20 minute walk.

Can I cycle? arrow-down

There are bike racks within the Club car park. Please be advised, that bikes are left at the owner’s own risk and spaces are limited.
