Job description

Kitchen Porters are vital to the running of a kitchen, without you it would fall apart; so come and join our amazing team at The Lensbury! We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working kitchen porter to join our dedicated, passionate kitchen brigade.

About us:

The Lensbury situated by Teddington Lock, Middlesex was constructed in the early 1930’s. It is set within 25 acres of landscaped grounds. Facilities include a 4* Hotel, Conference Centre, Events and Special Occasions, leisure and a premium leisure club. The Lensbury is a piece of the countryside in the Heart of Teddington.

Key Responsibilities:

§ Clean all kitchen equipment, pots etc to ensure a high standard of hygiene is maintained.
§ Clean kitchen as laid down in the daily and weekly cleaning schedules to include surfaces, floors, working surfaces, ovens etc.
§ Duties will include general kitchen cleaning and plate-wash duties.
§ Assist in any other duties as required.

§ Physically able to carry out the manual handling requirements of the role.
