Seeing results is really important, so be sure to track, monitor, coach and improve on your activity in our digitally connected Lockside Gym, powered by TechnoGym. If you haven’t already, it’s a good idea to download the MyWellness App to track your progress over time. You can stream Netflix, watch YouTube, or listen to your favorite playlists too, making your cardio sessions more enjoyable.

Our 25m pool is the ideal winter workout venue. Swimming builds endurance, tones muscles and supports joint health. Whether you’re doing laps or enjoying water aerobics, The Lensbury’s pool provides a warm escape while staying fit. The pool programme offers something for all the family, from structured lane swimming, lessons for all abilities, motivational aqua classes and inflatable fun for the kids.

When you’ve finished, the pool area also features our newly-refurbished thermal spa with sauna and steam room, ideal for unwinding after a swim.
