Payments

The festival is cashless. Credit or debit cards must be used for all purchases.

Children & Families

Some areas (e.g. front-of-stage and late-night zones) may not be suitable for children due to crowds or adult content. Pushchairs and trolleys may be restricted in these areas.

Child Tickets & Responsibility

When booking tickets for children (16 and under), the responsible adult must be 18+ and accepts full responsibility. Booking also confirms consent for children’s data to be processed for event purposes.

Age Verification & ID

Attendees who appear under 17 (or under 25 when purchasing alcohol) may be asked to show valid ID. Failure to provide ID may result in refused entry or removal.

Photography & Filming

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded for promotional, safety, and security purposes (including CCTV).

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed: food, drink, glass, sharp objects, drones, and laser pens. These may be confiscated.

Animals

Only assistance dogs are permitted. Please notify in advance if bringing one.

Smoking, Vaping & Substances

No smoking or vaping indoors; outdoor use is at organiser discretion. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Site Rules & Facilities

Visitors must use designated toilets and not pollute the grounds.

Commercial Activity

Unauthorised selling, promotion, or trading is not permitted without written approval.

Tickets & Entry

A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must not be resold, transferred, or altered. The organiser is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Membership tickets require valid proof on entry. Tickets remain the organiser’s property.

Admission & Conduct

Admission is at your own risk. The organiser may refuse entry or remove anyone behaving unsafely, antisocially, or using counterfeit tickets.

Liability

The organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

The organiser reserves the right to update these conditions at any time.
