Our delegate packages have been carefully created to include everything you need to guarantee your meeting or conference will be a complete success, with no hidden extras. We are also happy to help with more bespoke requests and our dedicated event team are available to suggest ideas to make your event completely bespoke if required.

How many meeting rooms are available?
There are 27 meeting and event rooms in the purpose‑built conference centre, surrounded by 25 acres of landscaped grounds.

What’s in the day delegate package?
From £69 per person, the package includes an air‑conditioned room, stationery, AV kit, unlimited coffee and a hot‑and‑cold buffet lunch, plus free Wi‑Fi, free parking and a dedicated event manager.

What’s in the 24‑hour delegate package?
The 24‑hour rate adds overnight accommodation with breakfast, a three‑course dinner and full use of the leisure facilities, such as the gym, pool, tennis and squash courts.

Is parking available on site?
We offer free on-site parking for around 200 cars, making it easy for delegates to drive in from across southwest London.

How close is The Lensbury conference centre to London?
The Lensbury sits on the Thames in Teddington, about 7 miles from central London and Heathrow. Twickenham, Richmond and Kingston are close by, and Hampton Court Palace is roughly 3 miles away.

Are there team‑building facilities on site?
Yes. The estate’s 25 acres include tennis courts, a gym, pool and watersports centre, and activities like raft building and dragon‑boat racing.
