Here at The Lensbury, we are committed to reducing our impact on our planet across all our operations and are taking steps to promote environmentally conscious decisions.

Please help us reduce our impact further by choosing to Go Green. Not everyone feels the need to have their room cleaned every day. So, if you are staying with us for more than 1 night and wish to to opt out of housekeeping, simply hang the Go Green hanger on your bedroom door by 12.00am. We will reward you with a complimentary drink voucher to say, “thank you” the next day!

Only one voucher can be redeemed per room each day.  The guest must place the Go Green hanger on the bedroom door by 12.00am to opt out of housekeeping. Available only for guests staying at The Lensbury for more than 1 night. Go Green is not available on the day of check-in or check-out; it is only available on days the guest is staying over. A guest can only participate for three consecutive days. On the fourth day, we will clean the room to ensure hygiene standards are met. Guests can still ask for replenishment of room supplies (e.g toilet roll, fresh towels, collection of rubbish) which will be fulfilled by a hotel team member – please note if any cleaning chemicals need to be used, Go Green will be canceled and the voucher will then be void. Voucher must be used before check-out and cannot be used for another date in the future. The guest must present their voucher to a member of staff at the restaurant, bar or Hideaway Bar at The Lensbury for redemption. Voucher is not redeemable at the Sipsmith Gin Garden.
