Where will members enter the Club? arrow-down

Access will continue to be through Members’ Reception as normal until the end of January. More details on how you will access the Club will be made available nearer the time.

Will the soft play be open? arrow-down

It will, the soft play area will remain open as normal throughout.

How do you get access to the Spa? arrow-down

Access to the Spa will be as normal for the time being. We will communicate any changes to this to Members in advance.

How long will it take? arrow-down

We expect the project to take around three to four months.

When is it starting? arrow-down

Works commence on 8th January 2024.

Will there be restricted parking ? arrow-down

The car parks should not be affected throughout the works.

How do we access Lockside? arrow-down

During the first phase of the works, access to Lockside will be as normal.

Will there be access for people with disabillities? arrow-down

Yes, Hotel Reception entrance is available.

How will we contact Members' Reception? arrow-down

The usual phone number and email address will be in use throughout. These will be allocated to the Reception Team in Lockside Reception during the second phase of the works.

Can we still make bookings through Members' Reception ? arrow-down

Yes, this will continue unchanged when Members’ Reception is in its usual location and in Lockside during phase two of the works.

How will we sign in guests? arrow-down

This process will not change, it will continue as now.

Can we still access the co-working space? arrow-down

Yes, there will be an access to the co-working space on the first floor between the Twickenham and Club buildings.

Can we still borrow equipment i.e.; pickleball, tennis racquets etc? arrow-down

Yes, this will be available as normal.

Will the rest of The Lensbury still operate as normal i.e., the bar & restaurant? arrow-down

Yes, these will be available and operating as normal throughout the works.

Will the bike racks at Members' Reception still be accessible ? arrow-down

This is not yet confirmed. We will advise Members of any changes in advance.
