We are delighted to take this opportunity to launch an annual Members’ survey. This survey provides you, our valued members, with the opportunity to have your say, and to share with us your views on what we are doing well and where we have room for improvement. The survey will only take 10 minutes to complete; all responses will be entered into a draw to win £150 credit to be spent in our spa, restaurant, or bar. We will share the results and our actions in response to your views in November.
