Terms and Conditions
This competition closes on Friday 15th May. The prize is 4 tickets (4 adult tickets or 2 adult tickets and 2 children tickets) for Riverside Festival on 13th June 2026.
Winner will be drawn at random and contacted within 7 days of closing the competition by email.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries that are late, incomplete, illegible, corrupted or submitted via automated means will not be accepted. The Lensbury accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
Open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, except existing members, employees of The Lensbury, their families or agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
No cash or alternative prizes are available.
The prize consists of four tickets to The Lensbury Riverside Festival, valid only for the advertised event date. Tickets are non‑transferable, non‑refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize.
The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. If the winner has already purchased tickets to the Riverside Festival, no refund, exchange or credit will be offered in relation to those tickets as a result of winning this competition.
Any age restrictions or entry conditions applicable to the event will apply to the prize tickets. Children must be accompanied by an adult where required, and admission is subject to the event’s standard terms of entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, The Lensbury reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The winner’s name will be shared on the next members’ newsletter. By entering the competition, entrants agree to this disclosure if selected as the winner.
The Lensbury reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it believes does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or has been submitted fraudulently.
In the event that the Riverside Festival is postponed, cancelled or materially altered due to circumstances beyond The Lensbury’s control, no alternative prize or compensation will be offered, and no liability shall attach to The Lensbury.
Prize winners and their guests will be subject to The Lensbury’s standard event terms and conditions of entry.
